C.V. Zwier van Puijenbroek
Zwier van Puijenbroek was engaged in management functions within companies in multiple jurisdictions, including the Netherlands, Eurpoe and US providing services to international corporate companies. In the course of his career he was responsible in various CFO roles for (international) reporting standards, strategic advice, M&A, HR and ICT. He has management experience of over 25 years in international mergers and acquisitions, group restructuring and has the decision making competences to adequately monitor and develop the activities and good standing of business.
Mr. van Puijenbroek has a master’s degree in business economics and qualified as Certified Public Accountant (CPA) both at the reputed Tilburg University (the Netherlands) and has successfully managed to get his qualification similar to Master of Business Administration and the London School of Foreign Trade.
