Professional Directors

If requested, IMT can assist in the mediation, selection and presentation of an (interim) Manager/Director. Depending on the complexity and tasks, they offer an annual responsibility fee.

• Directors
  Important is the involvement in the Dutch company by the directors. They serve the company/fund and work on managerial and organisational matters and will interpret and sign documents. Participation in conference calls, meetings, correspondence, etc. they normally charge at an hourly rate, but fixed fee arrangements can also be made.
• Transition manager
  IMT’s candidates are experienced in cross-border transactions and guarantee correct and timely completion.

IMT does not provide domiciliation or related services.
